Online | 12 - 2 pm | Free | For Senior Leaders

The first session in our series designed to support Chief Executives and emerging leaders to build strong, sustainable organisations to enable them to more effectively deliver their mission and support individuals experiencing homelessness.

From working from home to the unrelenting need for innovation, the pandemic has drained many of us of motivation. As we continue to respond to and recover from the pandemic, it is important that we are equipped with the tools to avoid burnout, stay resilient and cope with uncertainty so we can perform at our best.

In this online peer support session for senior leaders we’ll discuss ways to keep yourself and your team motivated, including:

  • The importance of modelling healthy workstyle and how to implement it
  • Methods for recognising the success of your team
  • Ensuring time in the week to work on things that excite you
  • The benefits of peer support
  • Finding a role model to inspire you
  • How to delegate (especially the tasks that drain you!)
  • Finding the right metrics and objectives to focus on

The conversation will be led by Pam Orchard, Chief Executive Officer at The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Field

You'll have the opportunity to hear from other senior leaders in the sector and share your experience of keeping teams motivated.
