What are Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Care, and how can we use them to improve homelessness services?
Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments
Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) are related and complementary approaches to service delivery for people with complex needs. Both aim to improve the psychological and emotional well-being of people accessing, or working in, their services.
Use these resources as a starting point to understand why, and plan how, to adopt TIC and PIE in your organisation.
