​We are looking for a dynamic and influential CEO, able to lead the strategic direction of MASH and inspire our talented team of staff and volunteers. 


MASH is a small and impactful Greater Manchester charity working with female sex workers to promote sexual health, wellbeing and personal safety whilst offering choice, support and empowerment to promote individual positive life changes. We work for, and with, women sex workers. We also work with others to tackle and address the root causes of the challenging issues faced by many of our service users.

You will have significant experience of leadership and management at a strategic level, and a proven track record of securing income from a range of sources. You will be a strong communicator and influencer with a commitment to collaboration and partnership.

Along with a commitment to co-production, peer support and empowering user centred practices you will have a passion for supporting women, especially those experiencing  multiple disadvantage.
