Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector. We work to improve services through evidence and learning, and to promote policy change that will ensure everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it’

Our member agencies range from hostels, day centres, street-based outreach work and resettlement suppport to wider supported housing, health and social care provders.  Our focus is to change the way that we, as a society, think and act towards single people who become homeless and other vulnerable groups.  We do this by influencing policy and strategy at a national and local level.  We also work, in partnership with our members, to ensure services for the most vulnerable in society are the best they can be and to seek out alternative solutions.  We give information, advice and a fresh perspective; connecting organisations and people.  In addition, we provide a range of support to our members via events, training, consultancy and other services, including In-Form, our client monitoring system.

The Finance & Office Assistant will play a key role ensuring the smooth running of our Head Office in Aldgate, providing a professional administrative service to all staff as well as assisting the Finance Team with invoice management and credit control.  The successful candidate, in addition to sharing our commitment to ending homelessness, will be an experienced office administrator, with excellent communication and organisational skills and good attention to detail.

The post is offered on a part-time basis for 21 hours a week.  Ideally working Monday to Friday, we can be flexible about the actual working hours.  Our package of benefits including a generous 30 days Annual Leave, Contributory pension and flexible working opportunites.
