Supporting successful leadership in the homelessness sector.

Programme: day 1        Programme: day 2

This two-day residential event for Chief Executives and Strategic Directors will consider what it takes to be a successful leader in a complex world, looking at the power you hold and how it can be used to build a successful organisation that makes positive changes in peoples’ lives. This event will consider how to:

  • Build Personal Power to influence and create success
  • Foster personal resilience: enabling you to lead with strength
  • Shape a powerful, successful board
  • Use power to tackle rough sleeping and homelessness
  • Collaborate not compete
  • Become more financially resilient, making the transition to developing new or growing existing enterprise models
  • Manage staff through change
  • The potential of putting power in the hands of our clients

The challenge for you as homelessness leaders is to balance how you look after and manage your organisation today so that it continues to operate effectively tomorrow. This event will support attendees by exploring what the future opportunities for the voluntary sector are and the leadership skills required to take advantage of them.
